Q: How long are your books?

A: All the books in the Lord Rotheby’s Influence Series and the Old Maids’ Club Series are full-length novels, similar in length to what you’d buy from your favorite historical romance authors. They range in length from 85,000 words to 105,000 words. My short stories range from 4,000 words to 8,000 words, so they are very much SHORT stories. Novellas will come in between 15,000 words and 40,000 words. If anything I write does not conform to these lengths, I will make a note of it. J

Q: Will there be more Lord Rotheby’s Influence books? Will Jonas/Nia/Duncan/the Hardwicke siblings/Toby Shelton/fill-in-the-blank have their own stories?

A: I have ideas to write many other books, however they have not yet been written. Jonas and Nia are a definite possibility. As to the Hardwicke siblings, I initially intended to write a full novel for each of them. I moved on from this family to write other things a long time ago, though. They could get their stories someday, but they may end up being novellas instead of full novels. We’ll have to see. In the meanwhile, I’m working on the other Old Maids’ Club books. If you’re particularly interested in seeing a story for your favorite supporting character, let me know. I’ll try to keep my readers’ interests in mind.
